Weight Watchers day 15

I didn't lose any weight this week. i think i drank too much soda.

Breakfast
1 piece of WW bread & Cheese
Coke
5 pts

Lunch
1/2 hibachi combo- including steak, shrimp, fried rice, and veggies
6 pts for meat & 7 pts for fried rice
Spring roll 8 pts

Snacks
Sunflower seeds 2 pt
G2 1 pt
Candy 6 pts
Coke (little) 1 pt

Dinner
Chicken 5 pts
Butter Noodles 2 pts
Green beans 1 pt
Coke 3 pts

47 points today.... ouch

So that is 12 of my flex points.....
Leaving me with only 23 flex points for the week.
