Day 5 (doing a little better)

So I got really really upset when I stepped on the scale.  I have gained 5 lbs... this sucks b/c I have been working out 3x's a week for almost 2 months now.  The problem definitely lies in the food I eat.... additionally I need to incorporate more cardio.  We are going grocery shopping tomorrow for more fruits and veggies and to see if I can't incorporate them into my meals better.  I really am trying to do better today.  I will be going out for dinner for my anniversary tonight so it will be challenging.... I will definitely try to be better this morning.
