I'm starting again!

So I was all discouraged thinking nobody was reading my blog, but people have been asking so I am going to start it again and not stop. I have been working out a lot the past week.. at leat 5 days... my new goal is to work out at least 5-6 days a week.

Monday - Beach Bodz
Tuesday- 20 mins on elliptical and 5 on treadmill (short on time)
Wednesday- Beach Bodz and stroller walking last night


Food so far today.
I had to get blood drawn this morning so I wasn't able to eat for a while so I didn't work out yet. Then after they took my blood they told me to get some sugar in me (I probably took too much)

1 Bottle of Pepsi
2 Whole grain waffles & 1/4 cup syrup
