Day 4 (I'm learning...)

Just want to put it out there that I am learning to eat better.... so suggestions are very very welcome. Obviously, I am not doing very well.

Pre-workout meal
1 whole grain waffel
1 tbls. lite syrup

Work-out @ Beach Bodz
Upper Body & Core

I was 10 mins late... so I only got like 30 mins

Post work-out meal
16 oz Pepsi
Everything Bagel w/ ham, egg, & Cheese

Snack
1/2 cup pistacios w/ shell on


Lunch
1 Enchilada
1 cup of mexican rice
lots of chips & salsa con queso
Water

Dinner
Grilled Italian Chicken
Angel Hair Pasta in a Lemon Butter Sauce

looking better mama! just get MORE MORE MORE veggies and fruits in there!!! you are eating A LOT of carbs...nothing wrong with carbs, but you need variety!
