9-10-08 (Starting Beach Bodz Nutrition Plan)

I am starting Beach Bodz Nutrition Plan today, but I am allowing myself one exception, which is just to start w/ I can have 1 caffeinated drink a day b/c I get serious withdrawal symptoms... once I have done that for a while I will eliminate it completely.

Week 1 of Beach Bodz Nutrition Plan
According to the nutrition plan i need to drink 1/2 oz of H2O per lb of weight, well for me that would be 140 oz or 17 glasses of water. I don't think that is a reasonable goal.... so I am going to shoot for 10 or more... sorry philip if you are reading this, but i am a pretty large person.


Breakfast
1 Quaker Granola Bar thingie

Work Out
Beach Bodz cardio work out
20 oz of H2O

Post-work out meal
Flat Bread egg white sandwich from DD
1 Pepsi

Lunch
1/2 of McAlisters spud ole w/out butter or onions
32 oz of H2O

Afternoon
10 oz H2O

Dinner
Rotisserie Chicken (breast meat only)
Butter Noodles
Sweet Peas
20 oz H2O

Snack
THis is the worst thing in the world that I do when I don't feel well and I am hungry... I heat up angel hair pasta and melt American cheese on it and eat it.... i think it is yummy, but I am pretty sure I shouldn't be eating this much pasta (especially at night)

2 glasses of red wine

Total H20 Consumed: 82 oz which is more than 10 glasses of H2O.... I will shoot for more tomorrow.
