So I will be working out this afternoon since I couldn't get my butt out of bed this morning.

A few sips of my daughters sweet tea

 2% milk (glass)

General Tsao's chicken and Pork fried rice
2% milk glass

Uncrustable PB&J

Didn't get to go to gym due to sleeping in this morning and TS hannah this afternoon.
