White Chicken Chilli - yeah didn't think this would have a ton of cals especially since i HATE sour cream... so it turns out 1 can of soup 500 cals... grrrrr.... wish I would've looked at the back of the can first.
90 Cal mint choclate chip rice cakes
Snack

Dinner
Beef Roast (only meat)
Salad w/ romaine lettuce and greek dressing w/ feta cheese
Before Bed sins
Those packaged cheese crackers w/ peanut butter (by far my worst sin of the day)
So I had a hard afternoon so I had 2 glasses of Shiraz... but at least I was able to finally relax
