I tried one of those egg white flatbread sandwiches at duncin doughnuts.... I have never eaten just "egg whites" so I figured this was a good way to try it. They are pretty good considering they are healthy for you.

My great sin of the day- a coke!

Lunch
Campbells Healthy Request chicken tortilla soup
A handfull of cheez-its

Snack
90 calorie pack - quaker rice cake mini delights w/ mint choclate drizzled on them
this is by far one of my fav snacks and it is low cal.

Waffle Cone Wednesdays at TCBY!!!!
My Mommy meet-up group met at TCBY for Waffle Cone Wednesday. The Waffle Cone filled with frozen yogurt was only 99 cents... wow... so I took the girls to get some... of course I couldn't totally pass it up myself.... so I had a kids cup of cookies & cream yogurt.

Dinner
We got home from the meet-up a little too late for me to cook anything so I had leftover chicken marsala w/ one serving of egg noodles.
