So basically, I have already use 1/2 my points already today before I went to the meeting... Wow.
Lunch
Veggie Minestronie soup I made last night
Basically the Garden Soup recipe for weight watchers + some spinache & cheese tortelini
I am not totally sure how many points it would be but I am pretty sure it is no more than 5 pts.
Snack
Sunflower Seeds 2 pt.
Dinner
wine 2 pts.
2 slices of pizza 10 pts
sm. pasta 3 pts.
milk 2 pts.
Total pts for the day: 42 pts
Total flex pts for the week: 28 pts.
