I have been on this milk drinking binge lately.... not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing.
Leftover General Tsaos and Pork Fried Rice
2% milk
Lunch
Left over Pot Roast (meat only)
Squash Casserole made w/ 2% cheese
2% milk
Dinner
Chicken Curry w/ zuccini & bell pepper
Basmati Rice

Tiffany I wish you luck on your journey to becoming healthier. I read your blog from time to time and just wanted to let you know that I think it's great anytime anyone decides to make a change that will make their lives better and longer. I know it's difficult sometimes, but keep trying! I'm sending you encouraging thoughts! If I could give you some advice it would be run...your eliptical workouts are good but as far as dropping pounds goes there are few things better than running. Or spinning...do you have a gym that offers a spinning class? You can burn up to 600 calories in a single workout and they are a lot of fun.
Yes my gym does have spinning.... those classes are packed! I have to get off my booty and sign up... you have to sign up way ahead of time....
Running is a nice thought... maybe I will get up to it eventually, but I have really really let myself go since college...I'm over 250 lbs... but I am working up to it... Thanks for the encouragement and suggestions... I will definately look into spinning until I am in better shape to run.
